VaultWise Australia is committed to transparency and clarity in our operations. Educational and Advisory Services 

VaultWise provides expert-led educational and advisory services to help individuals and businesses securely manage their digital assets, such as Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Our offerings include:
- Training on self-custody practices, including hardware wallet setup and seed phrase protection. - Guidance on configuring private Bitcoin full nodes for trustless validation. - Advice on multi-signature wallet structures and inheritance planning. - Ongoing security health checks and strategic mentorship. Our services are designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools to manage your digital assets independently, using publicly available hardware, software, and best practices. We operate as a consultancy, not a financial institution or custodial service provider.  

No Hardware or Software Sales

VaultWise does not sell or resell hardware (e.g., hardware wallets) or software. Any recommendations we provide are based on reputable, publicly available solutions that you can source directly from trusted vendors. You are responsible for procuring and maintaining any equipment or software used in our services. 

No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

VaultWise is not a financial institution, bank, exchange, or licensed financial, legal, or tax advisor. We do not:
- Facilitate the buying, selling, or trading of cryptocurrencies. - Provide investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management. - Offer legal or tax advice, including on cryptocurrency regulations or compliance. All decisions regarding your digital assets, including transactions or investments, are your sole responsibility. For financial, legal, or tax advice, please consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. 

Self-Custody and Client Sovereignty

VaultWise promotes a self-custody model, ensuring you maintain full control and sovereignty over your digital assets. We never request, access, or store your private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive financial data. Our role is to provide education and guidance to help you manage your assets securely and independently. 

No KYC/AML Obligations

As a non-custodial, educational consultancy, VaultWise does not hold or control client funds or assets. Consequently, we are not required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures under Australian law. You may engage with us anonymously or using a pseudonym, as outlined in our Privacy Policy, and we prioritise your privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
In cases where clients require assistance with wallet recovery, we provide clear, independent instructions to ensure you retain control over the process, maintaining compliance with applicable laws and respecting your autonomy.

Privacy Commitment

We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. All client information is handled with the utmost care, using industry-standard encryption and secure systems, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by Australian law.
